How Do I Work With a Coach?

First, you will sit down with your life coach or wellness coach over the phone or in person. The sessions will range from 30 minutes to an hour. During the meeting you will explore what you want to accomplish and how you want to go about it. Through the questions your coach asks, together you will establish your goals and identify possible barriers. Then you will collaboratively develop a plan and outline the steps required to achieve those goals. The number of coaching sessions varies from person to person since this will depend on your specific needs.
